The required deposit to process an order is 50% of the cost price, then 25% of the cost price two (2) weeks before the vehicle lands at our port and the final 25% payment is due upon delivery

VEHICLE IN OUR TRINIDAD STOCK: If interested in purchasing from our Trinidad stock through your institution, please contact your loan’s officer to ensure you pre-qualify for the cost of the vehicle. If successful, Contact Us Here or via Whatsapp (476-9311) to schedule an appointment for a visit at our office to inspect/test drive the vehicle of your interest. Once satisfied and you wish to proceed, we will provide an invoice to submit to your financial institution.

If you wish to reserve a vehicle, the required deposit is the amount required to be paid to your financial institution. For example if 10% down or nothing down required by your institution, we maintain this same requirement to reserve the unit, along with an official conditional approval. The final payment is due upon delivery.
DELIVERY TIME (Orders/ In Transit Vehicles)
Orders usually take 10-14 weeks from deposit to delivery in hand. We maintain honesty where transit time is concerned so as not to just secure a sale and mislead customers. At times there are delays beyond our control but the time frame is at no time unreasonable or several weeks beyond advertised. The estimated time frame covers the following:

- Booking to the next available vessel
- Sailing time
- Clearance from our port
- Preparation of vehicle: Mechanical servicing, tinting, buff/polish
- Registration at the licensing department

If a vehicle is already shipped and in transit, the delivery time will be less. We in no way wish to delay the delivery of vehicles hence we do not collect 100% payment upfront so customers can rest assured we will like to deliver vehicles in the fastest time possible. We laze with customers throughout the process to maintain transparency.
TRANSPARENCY/ Vessel Tracking
A bill of laden is available for ALL vehicles loaded to a vessel and represents evidence your vehicle was shipped. With this document you can track the location of the vessel via Marine Traffic Website here and you can also contact the local shipping line in Trinidad for further confirmation.
